I would have had a 5 star review because everything with the deal at autonation CDJR was excellent until yesterday when I came back in with the rest of my down payment. My sales rep and my finance rep were the deal at autonation CDJR was excellent until yesterday when I came back in with the rest of my down payment. My sales rep and my finance rep were both off and left no notes for the staff about where my completed paperwork was or where my key was. So a simple process that should have only taken 10 to 15 minutes took about a hour n half. My sales rep and finance rep both knew on Tuesday that I would be in to finish the deal and take possession of the car any day. So knowing that they would both be off the following day, an excellent decision would have been to leave a note or send email to other reps that would be there on their off day. Just a little frustrated regarding the final experience yesterday. Also a little frustrated that I only received one key to the car. So, to get another key is going to cost me quite a bit of money. More

Brian Singer was excellent in the service department. He kept me updated throughout the day along with the mechanic sending over any recommendations via video which I thought was really nice touch. I especially like not just the professionalism but the honesty in their response and taking care of things along with a few things that I had wanted done they didn't feel it was necessary to replace so I like that honesty for AutoNation I give them a 100% rating. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had. I was able to do the deal via text before arriving and there was no attempt to hike the price with add ons when I got there.
