Brought in my Crosstrek with the complaint of a noise coming from the dash area that is noticeable when the cabin is quiet. To me it seemed like it might be related to the from HVAC motor. The motor was coming from the dash area that is noticeable when the cabin is quiet. To me it seemed like it might be related to the from HVAC motor. The motor was replaced under my extended warranty that included a $100 deductible. Unfortunately, the noise is still there. A complete waste of my time and money. This is my first bad experience at this dealership in 10+ year long relationship. Extremely disappointing to have to go back with the same complaint. More

Every time I get my Subaru serviced here the communication is excellent. The time of the service is quick and I’m always offered a better discount than the one I got in the mail. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, specifically with a salesperson named TJ. He was calling and messaging me all week pushing a specific car, and we scheduled an appointmen dealership, specifically with a salesperson named TJ. He was calling and messaging me all week pushing a specific car, and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and see it. When I showed up, there was zero communication from him. No heads-up, no explanation, nothing. He already knew the car had been sold to someone else and still let me come in wasting my time. That’s extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. If you’re going to aggressively follow up and pressure someone all week, the least you can do is communicate honestly. This experience alone makes me question how this dealership operates overall. I would not recommend working with TJ based on this experience. More
