We worked through most of the details over text before I even stepped foot in the dealership, which saved a ton of time. When I came in for the test drive, everything was ready to go. No waiting around, no pressure, just a straightforward and professional experience. Bud was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really respected my time, which I appreciated. Before I drove off the lot, he also took the time to walk me through key features of the Crosstrek and even gave me a tour of the service department, which made me feel confident and taken care of beyond just the sale. Justin in finance was equally impressive. He worked directly with the bank and was able to get me an even better payment than I was expecting.
