I had a noon appt for oil change. After 45 min wait, got to talk to an advisor. Was told it would be 2 hours. They paid to Uber me home thankfully. Finally got my car back at 5:00!! 5 After 45 min wait, got to talk to an advisor. Was told it would be 2 hours. They paid to Uber me home thankfully. I had to make an appointment appointment was at 12 I’m a need it was an oil change and for someone to tell me why my tire pressure light was on, I didn’t get out of there until almost 3 PM and my tire pressure light still was on one of you guys or your tech is going to drive my car around the building and see if it goes off because the sensor sometime I have to catch up is what he said The other guy stopped him and told me to drive my car for a while and if it’s still on to come back unfortunately the light was still on so I called and I talk to someone and explain the situation and I asked her do I have to make an appointment she said no we take walk-ins between two and five and I told her I will come back when I get off of work Which is today January 4 she said fine I get there the young lady there tells me nope you have to make an appointment and I’m explaining to her I was just there yesterday and the guy and the lady both told me to come back so that they can see why my tire pressure light is still on She didn’t want to hear that so some guy came out one of your text and said I need a new sensor. He just looked at and say I need a new sensor. OK why no one said that yesterday I will do my best to make sure I do not come back there, and I will not tell anyone about coming there because this was the worst customer service I had in the worst experience I had , I paid $91 for oil change and now I’m questioning it did I do know what change I’m not sure but I just wanted you guys to know nine years and this was the worst you may have lost me thank you have a nice day More

This place is a disgrace. Arrived at appointment time and there must have been 17 other people in the waiting room that looked like they had been waiting a long time. After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged, I had to go across the street for coffee because there were no coffee or other amenities in waiting room as advertised. Waited more than an hour to be connected with service advisor and because I had only scheduled two hours for the routine service (per their website), I knew that the work would not be completed in time. When I attempted to address issues to service manager, they did not listen to my concerns, talked over me, and accused me of being hostile. Their work has always been glacially slow, but I assume that they advise two hours for a service because if they listed the traditional half or full day wait times, they would have to provide a rental car. They haven't cleaned my car for the past 4-5 services that I've had even though they advertise it on their website as complimentary. This place is a disgrace. They literally did not care when I said that they lost my business. My question is, how do they have any customers at all? More
