When one calls the dealership, the voice prompts you to push 8 if you want to continue the call. Really? Just another unnecessary and annoying step before you have to hit several other prompts to get to sp push 8 if you want to continue the call. Really? Bought a new Tacoma. Loud knocking from the rear when driving. Service tech says it’s the brake calipers. He said it’s normal.
