I have had my infiniti for about 18 months. I was talked into purchasing your extended warranty for 4000 dollars. I recently brought my car in and it was determined in the most expensive diag I was talked into purchasing your extended warranty for 4000 dollars. I recently brought my car in and it was determined in the most expensive diagnostic check in southwest florida 244 dollars the the throttle body and maf sensor needed to be replaced. The service was denied because the throttle body had carbon build up. According to your extended warranty this is a maintenace issue. I have consulted three other service centers and two mechanics individually, there response was the same. Never have i heard of those being a maintenance issue! Secondly, your price to repair/replace said items was over 2600 dollars for 376 dollars in parts. I just had it priced at a garage local to me for 842 dollars. I own a business in bonita springs and had been sending people to your used lot in fort myers. 3 that i know of bought cars there. I will make it my personal mission that nobody that i know or come in contact with will ever use your service or buy another car from the crooks that i now know you are. More
