Horrible service, lied to me when we first signed up for warranty that we’d be covered for replacement of tires and the basic maintenance of the truck. Took my truck in just to be told I’m only covered for warranty that we’d be covered for replacement of tires and the basic maintenance of the truck. Took my truck in just to be told I’m only covered for an oil change and that’s it. Once my vehicle was ready no once calls you up, horrible waiting area. This Toyota is probably the worst I’ve been to. More

I came in with a new Corolla that had a lot Of negative equity. This number was a real shame to say out loud… $10k that was the number!!! James at AutoNation Toyota was able to upgrade my vehicle and also equity. This number was a real shame to say out loud… $10k that was the number!!! James at AutoNation Toyota was able to upgrade my vehicle and also take away 75% of my negative equity which was down to $3500 from $10k. This guy was so patient with me and very understanding of my unfortunate situation. I had. 23’ Corolla hatch and walked away with a 25’ Camry with a small increase of monthly payments but at least I’m almost out of the hole that I put myself in the year before.
