It took 5 hours to complete 2 recalls on my seatbelts and airbags. Appointment was at 7 am on May 14, 2024. I asked my service advisor Efrain for a status update via text message on 4 3/4 hours. I sent 2 tex airbags. Appointment was at 7 am on May 14, 2024. I asked my service advisor Efrain for a status update via text message on 4 3/4 hours. I sent 2 text messages with no replies from Efrain. I finally received a text my vehicle was ready at hour 5 from Efrain. I texted that I was at his desk and me and another customer stood there waiting for 10 minutes. It’s the worst customer service for all Toyota dealerships that I have experienced. I’ve owned 5 Toyota cars and SUVs. I plan on never coming back to this dealership. I would never buy a new vehicle from this dealership. Also many customers that dropped their vehicle after me were departing with their repaired vehicles. My vehicle had low air in all 4 tires wit the low pressure warning on my dashboard. . There was no courtesy check on my tires. An older African American gentlemen who valeted my vehicle told me to go to the mechanic bay and ask them to check my tires. He didn’t want me to have a blow out. His kindness made my day so much better. More

I showed up a lil early to my service appointment. Had no issue waiting but I sat in my car for 40 minutes before anyone walked up to my car to ask me what I needed. Which I guess is a bit long considering an oil change can take 15 minutes. That’s all. More
