Watch out for the service department. We purchased a good set of tires and were told they were bad at 30k miles. Each time we have been in for an oil change we were told we needed new tir We purchased a good set of tires and were told they were bad at 30k miles. Each time we have been in for an oil change we were told we needed new tires. The new set had a warranty to 50k miles. We were told they would not help us and we needed to go through the manufacturer with no help or instructions how to do so. This is not the first time we had issues. We also told them not to perform a service the last time we were in and they did it anyway and charged us. After purchasing four cars through this company and having all serviced here, we won’t be back. Beware More

I went in to get a new battery for my 2019 Rav4 hybrid. The only reason I went in was because I wanted to get the life time battery. I keep my cars for 15 years or more. The service rep said he would have to check to see if they had any in stock. They said they had 4 so I said go ahead. When I checked out I was told they don't make a lifetime battery for that model and the battery they installed only comes with a 7 year warranty. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. If they had told me they didn't have a lifetime battery I would have bought a cheaper battery and installed it my self. It feels like a bait and switch deal to me. I should have had them switch me back but I had a meeting I needed to get to and couldn't take the time. More

I was able to get an appointment within days. Very nice. I was able to get a ride to and from work. Very nice.
