"Wonderful Car Buying Experience"

I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing my 2014 Prius from this dealership. The sales person, Ron, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time going over the operation of the Prius, my first Hybrid vehicle. We took a rather long test drive, not the usual "around the block" type. Everyone at AutoNation was very friendly and stressed the point that they wanted me to be completely satisfied. Jason and his boss, Brian, from Finance made sure that I understood all of the options for financing the vehicle and carefully explained the Extended Warranty options. I drove away a very happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

"Ron Lollis (sales) and Jason Bisquera (finance manager)..."

Ron Lollis (sales) and Jason Bisquera (finance manager) were very instrumental in purchasing two Toyota vehicles from Auto Nation in Spokane, WA. I had such a great buying experience with my Tundra in January 2014, my wife and I returned in March 2014 and purchased a RAV4. Of course we are both Toyota fans but we felt we were treated with care, respect, and valued as customers. Ron and Jason are super in meeting all our requirements and matching us to meet our automotive needs. We can't say enough about Ron and Jason and have already referred our neighbor as she is looking to buy a new car, a Toyota!! Thanks again, Ron and Jason.!!!!!!

"I recently bought a used 99 Toyota Solara. I drove it for..."

I recently bought a used 99 Toyota Solara. I drove it for two weeks without a problem. I took it to have the oil changed a few days after I bought it and they showed me that the transmission fluid needed flushed and changed. A week later or so I took it to the Toyota service department at Autonation Toyota to have the job done. I also informed them I just bought it and to inspect it for me. I got a call from the service guy that coincidentally I needed a new starter because they could not get it started again. Even though I saw them drive it away and I never had any problem starting it before. The price to fix it was 500-600 dollars he quoted. I told him I would deal with it and that I was skeptical because it started just fine for me for two weeks. When I came to pick it up he told me that they figured out a way to get it started and would show me how to. I went out to get my car and they showed me to tap on the starter while turning the ignition on. This did not work as there were at least 3 guys looking at it. Another mechanic came over and proceeded to tighten the nut for the terminal battery connection. There was also corrosion at that terminal of the battery. The car started right up with no hesitation. They told me that it was that connection being loose and corroded that caused it and to replace that part. They also had a 12 dollar charge for shop supplies for the tranny flush that when I asked what it was for they could not tell me specifically. This should have been included with the overpriced 169.95 tranny flush but was added after the fact. I am very disappointed and will never go there again. I cannot prove the nut was already loose but I saw them turn the wrench a few times. John

We made an appointment for a service and then drove across town to have it done. When we arrived they then told us that our free services had expired even though we are below the milage limit. They looked up our vehicle while on the phone to make the appointment so they should have told us on the phone that there would be a charge. Our family will not be back to this auto group for anything!

I went to Appleway Toyota Scion with the intention of buying a 2013 toyota tacoma 4x4. I had an appointment setup for 10 am Saturday with Tim Wheeler. When I arrived he basically greeted me at the door. He asked me what I wanted to do first ? Review Specs (did he know I was an engineer?) option packages, warranties, prices he was all about me. He did not have a preset agenda on how to "handle" me. Tim is friendly and easy to talk with. I drove a new extended cab and loved it; as we pulled back into the lot I noticed a used 2002 Tacoma SR5 double cab off in a corner. It is in absolutely superb and in my garage now. Tim did not discourage me in any way from going for this truck instead and basically spending $15k to $20k less. He was delighted I found what I wanted. The deal went through easily. I came back later to pick it up ( they had not had it long enough to do their safety inspection) and the place was packed; every office was taken. I thought "great I will be waiting 30 minutes because he won't leave with all these customers here". Well he kept his promise that he would run my other car home for me as soon as I got there. Now that was notable. He already had my money and all he was going to get out of taking me home was losing a possible sale. Oh and a happy customer. Yeah I love my truck and absolutely recommend him as a no pressure, pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson.
