As you know based on our conversation, the particular circumstances in this case reach far beyond everyday dealer activity. You received pricing on a Sun, the 10th; then came to the dealership on Sat, the 16th of April. In the meantime, the incentives changed due to conditions beyond our local control, and, in fact, due to issues overseas in Japan manufacturing plants. Therefore, we were required to change our online pricing. We are a dealership that conducts over 45% of its sales from online buyers, we do not condone changing prices mid-month. We respect each and every lead weather it comes through the front door or the internet. Complete customer satisfaction is a priority for us and we do aim to offer the best for each of our customers.
