Auto Nation agreed to repair several issues with the car when we were purchasing it. They have had the car for a week. They are terrible at communicating. I was told the car was fully serviced, just to turn around and find out, that’s wasn’t true. For the last 3 days my car has been getting serviced at BMW and when asked to be assist for the cost. BMW is only referring services to me. Didn’t know brake fluid was recommended and not needed. But yet I was told it was done. no one really cares at Auto nation of Plano. Just care about the sale.
