Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. As someone who is people manager in a different industry she always provides the best cust care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians. She embodies the customer experience I loved from out of state less than 6 months ago and she is amazing. More

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a car for my son from AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head. We bought the car back in December, and as of today, we still have not received the vehicle regist for my son from AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head. We bought the car back in December, and as of today, we still have not received the vehicle registration or license plate. We have contacted the manager, Cameron, multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, nothing has been done. Even worse, we haven’t been properly attended to or given clear answers, which raises serious concerns about the dealership’s professionalism and customer service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone More
