Unlike Savannah Volkswagen, the Hardeeville dealership provided excellent customer service, communication, and competence in getting my car repaired in a timely manner. Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a car for my son from AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head. We bought the car back in December, and as of today, we still have not received the vehicle regist for my son from AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head. We bought the car back in December, and as of today, we still have not received the vehicle registration or license plate. We have contacted the manager, Cameron, multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, nothing has been done. Even worse, we haven’t been properly attended to or given clear answers, which raises serious concerns about the dealership’s professionalism and customer service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone More
