We never felt that pressured “ car sales person” approach. Mikhayla was very knowledgeable about the Tiguan SELR we were looking at. Between describing the technical aspects of the car, she knew all the car’s features in detail. With all of the different models VW has, we were impressed with the level of detail she shared about this model Tiguan. ( One VW has enough details on its own!) Mikhayla was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. She went out of her way to ensure we knew how the car operated. Our Sales Person, Mikhayla Royal made our entire experience an actual joy! From the first intro, she listened to what we wanted, what we didn't want, gave us all of our options and didn't blink an experience an actual joy! Even the young man that prepped our new vehicle was as nice as could be! The only down side of our buying experience was once we got in the finance office. Part of it couldn't be helped because of a server issue, but it took FOREVER because the gentleman, although very nice, kept making mistakes with the paper work. We were at the dealership for nearly 7 hours--the majority of which was due to the financing part. We are still giving 5 stars because that was the only negative of our experience and we are so happy with our new vehicle. More
