The best car buying experience in the low country!! I am someone who does not enjoy the car buying experience, so much so, I have purchased my last 4 vehicles dealing by phone with non-local dealers and I am someone who does not enjoy the car buying experience, so much so, I have purchased my last 4 vehicles dealing by phone with non-local dealers and getting my cars delivered. Cam at HH Volkswagen has changed my mind forever. First, he asked questions and listened to exactly what we were trying to accomplish and without any nonsense or exhaustion, he investigated whether or not they could get it done. He got it done and delivered in an efficient and pleasant appointment. Nikki and Patrick were equally as lovely and I am shocked that wonderful car buying experiences exist. Go see these people if you could be interested in an Audi or VW product, you will not be sorry!!!! More

Chris McCabe was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything about the vehicle. We didn't feel rushed at all. We researched the vehicle we wanted on line so we had a little knowledge about the type of audi we wanted. After we drove the Q5 we knew that this was the right fit for our life. We then met his supervisor Sunny who was a great deal of help in explaining the different financial ways of the purchase. These two guys were excellent in their areas and we felt comfortable in the process. Alex Lukas the business director, had all the paperwork ready when we returned from lunch and it was a breeze in that process also. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Salesman David Eccles was accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable about the car and its features. Mr. Eccles tapped the Service Manager so that we could test drive his personal car equipped with a Sport Package, in order to decide if it was what we wanted. Alex (Finance Manager) was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. Once we took delivery of our A4, the Service Department quickly and effectively resolved a couple of very minor issues with the car. We're very happy with our new car and plan to recommend the dealership to others. More
