My Review of Autobahn Motors:
I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. They have the worst customer service. We purchased a 2001 Mercedes ML from them. There always seems to be problems with this car,which we would overlook if the service was not so terrible. Everytime I visit them it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We will NEVER buy another Mercedes ever again. They treat us like we do not deserve to own one of their vehicles. I also own a 2003 BMW M3 and a 2006 Acura TL ASPEC and I never have bad service at BMW.

I went to drop off my car for a faulty fuel pump at the service department. I had my 2 year old daughter with me at the time. It was raining and I noticed that the sales people were ushering people in with their umbrellas. I walked through the pouring rain holding my daughter and all the sale people did was stare at me. I guess they did not view me as a potential customer. I am a young professional and would expect to be treated as such. I tried not to make this into a race issue as I am Asian and all of the sales people were caucasian. I tend to think of it as age discrimination. We are not rich and my wife always wanted to own a Mercedes, but we both agree that we will never purchase another one. We are planning on trading the ML in for a new X5 or Cayenne. My wife and I are young, but our combined incomes are in excess of 300K and we own a large home. We have enough money in the bank to pay cash for pretty much any car we want. Is it unrealistic of me to expect to be treated as an equal?

When ever we bring up a mechanical or electrical issue with the car, they treat us like we are making it up. The fuel pump went out, 2 of the door locks went out, the seat track was cracked, the gas pedal was broken, the rear window switch was out, the glove box broke, the rear hatch clear coat started peeling off, the car would not start on several ocassions and one of the alarm remotes went bad. this happened over the course of 2 years. Each visit to the dealer was as unpleasant as the previous.

I would NOT recommend buying or servicing your car at Autobahn Motors.

My Review of Autobahn Motors:
My husband and I were buying two vehicles from Autobahn and trading two. After a couple of days we agreed and the process was done and papers signed. Because we lived up North we were having the cars shipped. When we flew home we got a call from the manager saying that they made a mistake in price and asked us for more money. We didn't agree but we said we'll just void the deal. We had to sign and fax over a letter. They said they would send back our $8,000. deposit. Once they got the fax with our signature they used that against us and now will not give us our money. We all know that if it were the other way around they would have said &quot;To Bad You Signed The Contract.&quot; It has been almost two years, we won a judgement against them for 21,000 and now he's claiming he's not the same dealership. They moved to a bigger location, same owner but we're getting the BS that he's different. I would never recommend this dealership nor will we ever let down.
