My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

I would recommend this dealer. I purchased a new Nissan Xterra after stopping at the dealer to just test drive the vehicle. I loved the SUV and I was also happy with the final price. Because I did not expect to purchase a new vehicle that day, I did want to think about the deal over night prior to signing papers. I did not feel pressured at all regarding not purchasing on the spot after agreeing on a purchase price. I did return the following day and signed papers feeling very comfortable with my decision.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

We went into the dealership to see what type of deal we could get on a new Altima. Aurya was very professional in dealing with us and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us at all and it was a wonderful experience for us. He followed through on every detail and went out of his way to be accommodatng to us. We would recommend any potential buyer to ask for Aurya and they will be assured of a professional, relaxing experience.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

My husband and I recently purchased a new Murano from Ira Nissan. This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. It all started when we were greeted by a very professional salesperson (Aurys Pena). He made us feel as if we were at home instead of a pressured dealership. Aurys took the time to focus on what was important to us and what would benefit us in our new car. We told him exactly what we wanted and on his first try thats exactly what we received. Usually we shop around to make sure we are getting a great deal, but with the comfort level we had with Aurys, we knew we received the best deal for our budget. With in few days, we had our new car ready for pick up in showroom condition. Days after we took delivery, Aurys still followed up and made sure there were no concerns or questions regarding the new car. Seeing this dealer rating site and seeing how many customers Aurys have made happy, I truly believe we bought from the perfect salesperson. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering to buy a new or used car. Please ask for Aurys Pena when considering Ira Nissan Tewksbury and you will be happy with outcome.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

I had a terrible experience at Ira Nissan of Tewksbury. I went to the dealership to look at a certified pre-owned Maxima. I was assigned Aurys Pena as my salesman. He went outside to pull the Maxima out front. After the test drive I looked the car over and noticed many things wrong with the car. The brake and VDC warning lights were on, the leather was torn on the driver’s seat, several of the trim pieces were missing or damaged, taillights had condensation inside, two of the mudguards were beginning to fall off, and the fog lights were not screwed in properly and hanging from the top. Most of these issues are unacceptable for a certified preowned vehicle that is supposed the meet Nissan’s highest qualifications. I don’t believe they ever looked over the car before putting it on their lot. Some of the issues should be fixed under the factory warranty. I brought the issues to Aurys attention and he said we could fix the items but it would raise the price of the car and that the current price reflect all of the issues. We went inside and I said I would still be interested in the car if they fixed the items that were wrong with the car. I sat down and Aurys went to the talk to the sales manager about the price and getting the issues fixed. We waited about 5-10 minutes while he spoke with the sales manager and as Aurys walks away he began talking to another customer that comes in. I give him another 5-10 minutes and then walked up to him and asked if he was still working with me for a sale and I said to him that I can just leave and you can call me if you’re going to deal with the other customers. He said he was sorry and that he would be with me in a minute. He came back with a price without the items being fixed and I said I would like items fixed. He went back to the sales manager, then after a couple minutes began talking to the other customers again. After 5 minutes he came back I said I was leaving and he said that he would call me about the price. He never called me back. Aurys was one of the most rude and unprofessional salesmen I have ever dealt with. I ended up buying a pristine condition Maxima at another dealership.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

This dealership has done nothing but great things for me. They always service me in a reasonable time or provide me with a rental. They are always willing to provide me with options to better service me and not stick me with outrageous bills or unnecessary service. The customer service is incredible. They are such friendly people. Best dealership I have ever been to. Thanks Ira Nissan of Tewksbury!

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

I recently had a bad experience dealing with the service department at the Tewksbury Ira Nissan. I came in describing a specific problem and looking for a diagnosis. A few hours later they had determined the issue via their “computer.” After agreeing to pay $800 dollars for one part - that I now know is no more than $120 dollars online, as well as only 30 minutes of labor – I drive down the road one mile and the problem is still there. At that point the service shop had closed and I would have to find more time later in the week to bring the car back. I come back for a second inconvenient visit, they check their all-knowing “computer” again and say it was a code issue and it should be fixed. Later that day the problem pops right back up. After a third inconvenient visit, I suggest they keep the car and give me a loaner so that I can get back to work. “Unfortunately we don’t offer loaner cars here,” is what Dave the service rep said. After I walk outside to try and find a ride back to work, he miraculously “found a loaner key in his back pocket.” This is not only disrespectful to take advantage of me but just shows that they have no problem lying to the customer’s face. They finally decide to test drive the car to see what I’m describing (maybe should have tried that first?), and determine I need a completely different part for an additional $400 on top of the $800 I already spent for no reason. At this point I’ve had enough B.S. and proceed to tell Dave how much of an inconvenience my 3 trips back to the shop was, along with the fact that I’m 100% sure they mis-diagnosed the problem with my car, only to charge me an arm and a leg for a part I didn’t need. These are certified Nissan “Technicians,” shouldn’t they be able to do a little more than just plug in a computer and assume that everything will be fixed. They should have done their job after they realized the first part did not fix the problem. They did not test drive the car to diagnose the problem nor to see if they had fixed it with their expensive part. I was never offered anything to compensate me for all of the inconveniences along with the fact that I still had the same problem with my car since the beginning, except now I was out $800. This is a terrible way to service cars and the lying service reps are hurting the dealership by upsetting customers. I will never return to any Ira Nissan service departments and will go up the chain to complain about how this particular dealership operates.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

I had called and made an appointment the morning of and I gave all of my information to the sales person over the phone about myself and the specific car I wanted to test drive. I previously test drove at their Woburn location 2 weeks prior and had an overall decent but not fantastic experience, but I thought hey it's close to me and why not give it one more shot!

What a mistake.

After making the appointment I received a call back about 20 minutes later stating that I was given the wrong customer ID number that I was supposed to bring with me to the appointment so that my info would come up on the screen when they looked it up when I would arrive. So I took down my new number and hung up. Then, I got another call about an hour later from the Manager confirming our appointment. Weird, since I just made it an hour ago was that really necessary?

Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and I told the sales guy my information and that I had an appointment and told him the name of the person I was supposed to meet and gave him my customer ID number. He looked at me confused and said he is our general manager at the Toyota dealership down the street. Which left me confused as I googled "Ira Nissan of Tewksbury" to get the number to make the appointment that morning - but who knows I could have made a mistake - But then why didn't the Manager say "Hey maybe you should call our Nissan dealership" when I gave him my information over the phone telling him specifically about the Nissan I wanted to test drive that day. SOOOO disorganized! So right off the bat I was completely turned off.

The sales guy that greeted me helped me out which was really nice, and he was a nice guy so I was slowly starting to warm back up to the place. So we sat down and I gave him all my info about what I'm looking for and that I will be prepared to purchase in about 2 weeks and I want to pay in cash. Okay great, so I test drove the car and loved it of course. When we got back he had another appointment so he had to leave - which I understand since technically I never had an appointment at that location - and he gave us another sales guy to finish up the appointment.

The new sales guy was super cool and nice which made it easy and I AGAIN explained that I'm purchasing in about 2 weeks in cash yadda yadda yadda...

I wanted him to price the car for me before I left which he did but when he got back to me with the price he said he needed to know right away if I wanted it because he could only locate one vehicle with the specific specs I wanted on it. He then said if I didn't tell him that I'd have to wait till the 2012 model came out in like 5 months or so. I immediately felt pressured and I wasn't comfortable. What don't you understand about 2 weeks? I then replied that I still am waiting the 2 weeks to purchase and if I had to revisit color/trim etc to get something sooner that I would. He then backed down but I could tell he was a little annoyed, but not rude or anything. I thanked him and left.

This was the 4th dealership I went to and 2nd test drive. I will NOT be buying from Ira...I had a STELLAR experience at Peter's Nissan in Nashua NH and they will be getting my business.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

We drove into the dealership and began looking at used cars. Aurys Pena walked up to us and introduced himself.
He was professional, friendly, articulate and gave us the opportunity to just take our time and look.
Our experience with Aurys as our sales person could not have been better.
When it came time to sign paperwork and take delivery of the Altima we were very pleased with our experience at this dealership.
Our grandchildren are still enjoying the assortment of ballons one of the gentleman at the dealership gave them.
I would not hesitate to do business with Ira Nissan of Tewksbury again.
Thank you Aurys for being a great advocate and gentleman.

My Review Of Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury:

I explained to the salesman (Joe Gulino) I wasn't buying on that day but would shortly thereafter. He respected that, which many dealers fail to do. I told him what I was interested in and he didn't try to sell me on a more upscale model or a bunch of options I didn't want. It was nice to deal with a car salesman who actually listens. I was treated fairly throughout the process and the car was ready exactly when he said it would be. I was very happy with the process and recommend the dealership (and Joe specifically) to anyone interested in a Nissan.
