My Review of Autohaus Pompano:
I bought the car E-500 sport loaded January 2003 but since i got the car is only been problems from day one . The car has been to the shop abou 12 + times and they keep telling me is fix and is not . I have had almost every loanner car there and it has spend 2 or 3 weeks at the time there and nothing the problems keep coming back . At the begining they were going to give me a new car but they did not have anything like that at the dealership and then they wanted me to wait 9 months and charge for the depresiation value when i got the car it had 2,500 miles put on by the Service General Manager and they keep telling me that those mile were put on by me trying to blame it on me but the service manager was aware of the problems and tryed to hide them till this day my car still having problems .They have pretty much laught on my face several times . Today I am supoost to go and pick up my car is has been there for a month they say is ready and i know they will say the same they can't find a problem so why doews it have a computer that reads the probelms if they can't fix them.<br><br>1. Whippers (very loud )<br>2. SOS keeps (keeps going off)<br>3. Engine keeps loosing power and it does not sound good.(hesitates)<br>4.Stereo keeps shutting off.<br>5.Car pulls to the right.<br>6. Phone system does not work properly.<br>7.Fuel gauge does not work from day one I have run out of gas once at night.<br>8.The tire Presure monitor does not work have to go to the gas statio every two days.<br>9.engine overheats.<br>10. The Low jack System that they put on my car has been replaced 3 + times and also the key pads 8 times.<br><br>The car has been to the shop more than what i have taken my car in 3 years . <br><br>Also i was promise that they were going to come out with a Gps and a voice activated kit for the mercedes and where are they they did not make it for the 2003 .I bought the car brecause they promise me that they were going to come out with theose two kits and they did not . Most of the people either the got money back or a new car but guess what i did not get anything not even a letter of appology . Thanks god i did not prepaid because i would of lost more money . I will not recomend to anyone a Mercedes Benz specially Autohaus in pompano beach. I am going to go to pick up my car today and give the last notice before lemon law . Which they want me to apply for because they don't car and thay i am going to take a big lost .That is what they said to me,
