BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CON MEN BAIT AND SWITCH.
THE PRICE THEY QUOTED AND WE AGREED TO WAS DIFFERENT WHEN WE WENT TO SIGN THE LEASE PAPERS. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THIS WAS THIER PRE PLANNED MODE OF OPERATION AS THEY HAD THE SALESMAN " DISAPEAR " WHEN THE " FINANCE MANAGER TRIED TO SWINDLE US !! I INSISTED THE SALESMAN BE FOUND AS HE MADE THE DEAL AND HE CAME OUT SHAKING AND SWEATING NERVOUS AND COULD NOT SPEAK AS HE KNEW HE BAIT AND SWITCHED US !!! FYI SHARE ALL YOUR COMPLAINTS WITH NISSAN CORPORATE AS THEY ARE ON TO THEM BUT NEED MORE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS TO BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING AS EVERY DEALER HAS DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS BUT ROUTE 46 AUTOMALL TOPS THEM ALL !!!
IF YOU HAVE EXPERIANCED A SIMILIAR SITUATION PLEASE CALL IT INTO NISSAN AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ... THESE GUYS ARE VERY SMOOTH OPERATORS AND MOST PEOPLE GET SWINDLED INTO PAYING A HIGHER PRICE THAN QUOTED WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING THEY GOT TAKEN !!!...FOR EXAMPLE THEY QUOTE TOTAL MONEY AT INCEPTION WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE EVERYTHING BUT THEN ADD TAX AND FEES !!! THEY ALSO QUOTE MONTHLY PAYMENTS WITH TAX INCLUDED AND THEN ADD THE TAX SAYING THAT IS SEPERATE IT GOES TO UNCLE SAM... MANY PLACES TO GET A NISSAN DON'T GO HERE

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
CHEATER...The salesman is a snake....Tells me he is a sharp guy...hmmm is this so he can cut you in the back. They know nothing of customer service. They sold a car someone drove in and there own servce department never check out at all....This according to service is common practice at the dealerhip......Nice huh....Negligence on there part...Phones are meant to be answered...THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW A STANDARD.................They obviously do not want return business or faithfull customers....I think they need to attend customer service class in the dealship. What a telephone is 101 its function and use How to run a phone call 102 need I go on.....lso there is this invention called a calendar invented quite some time ago scheduling of documents and there due dates..... Would have rated a zero if I could!!!!!!

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
Agree with many of the previous reviewers, they are very shady. On the written contract they added a destination fee of 395, then on the printed contract they included the destination fee in the car price stating that "there was no line" for it so they included in the price, YEAH RIGHT! They suck, had to spit when I left to get the nasty taste out of my mouth dealing with the salesman and finance manager. I will give the service dept higher marks for the few items needed attention after my purchase, but, the sales process is horrible.

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
They (and specifically the salesperson I dealt with) lie about the car and the warranty to get you to buy it. He told me he has been selling these cars for 7 years, and then got the warranty info all wrong - so either he lied, or he has a learning disability. Then their service department is terrible. They never have any parts in stock, and it takes three trips back to get anything fixed, it is never fixed the first time, AND within days of getting the car back, something else in the car "mysteriously" breaks and the car has to go back again. In the year I had the car before trading it back in, I made no less than 10 trips to have the car serviced, and it was only 1 year old with 15,000 miles when I bought it. Peter Pavlov at the service desk is friendly and helpful, but the rest of them are either incomptent or crooks. Or both.

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
On one trip for service, the service center lost the keys. On another trip the couldn't locate my vehicle. They later replaced my keys. And both times they did not offer me a rental and denied my request for one after they lost my keys.

On a recent visit i was given a rental without requesting one and the service was way better than the previous ones which occured in 2005. Maybe they finally shaped up.

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
Never go to this dealership. They are a bunch of con-men. The used car that I bought came only with one key. The sales person - Falu told me that I could get a duplicate key made from the service dept. I was led to believe that the service dept is closed and I could get the keys made next day. When I go to the service dept, which is right behind thats sales office, they tell me that it will cost me $100.00 and they cant pay for it. I will have to get it approved from the sales dept first. As you can guess, the sales person didnt recall making that promise.

My registration took almost 2 months! All the time it was lying in their office and they never called me. Every time I called them, the very inhospitable receptionist transfers me to the sales person who is either working a different shift or is not at the desk. After much haggling they realize that my documents were not sent to DMV. These people are the epitome of a bad car dealership!

I purchased a vehicle from a very good sales man Sal. Later I heard that he left the company. I don't blame him. After paying in full, I am now begging for the title for the registration. Living in Texas and having the vehicle purchased in NJ, I keep on calling and leaving message for manager Willy, Manager Dave, and DMV clerk Stacy. No reply from Stacy. Stacy is the most irresponsible employee I ever met. Take my advice: be careful dealing with them.

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
First of all I would have rated them ZERO, if that were an option. This dealership exists to cheat you.<br><br>The modus-operendi is to tell you one thing, win your confidence and put something else in the documents and get your sign on it. Classic BAIT and SWITCH trick!<br><br>When I realized later on that my loan account was higher than what I was told, it was too late. They had my sign afterall.<br><br>You have been warned.

They are unbelivable fraud. They will cheat you in a organized manner and you will never come to know as you will not have copy of documents you signed at the time of deal.<br><br>They will never listen for correction on deal. I visited them 5 times before I got answer ' It is the way it is and we can not do anything on this'<br><br>I strongly suggest never go to this dealer even if you have to walk on the street. <br>

My Review of Automall 46 Nissan:
This dealer is absolutely horrible. They do not return phone calls, they forge your signature and they refuse to give you paperwork on the vehicle purchased. I dealt with many people there and NO ONE returns phone calls. I have an entire list of things that this Nissan Dealer did not do. I paid for a lease of 15,000 miles and they changed my lease to 12,000 miles. The people here are not trust worthy and no one should have to go through this experience with any dealer. They did not pay off my trade in for a month in a half. The standard time should be 10 days. It was finally paid off due to continuous nagging and fighting. I drove around for an additional 15 days with an expired temp plate because they wanted to drag their feet and did not process my paperwork in a timely fashion. The only reason it didn't take longer was because I was very persistent and became a nuisance to them. My statement for my first payment arrived 2 days before it's due date. It has been an absolute nightmare!<br><br>I strongly recommend not using this dealership! If this is not enough, look at their unanswered complaints with the BBB and consumer affairs.
