Bryan Driscoll, review We brought my new Forester in for its Xzilon protector. Evelyn set up the appointment for us and everything went just as she had told us. Bryan had promised to go over the operations of the vehicle for me whenever we returned so I reminded them at the service department that I expected this to happen when we returned for the vehicle. At 5:00 pm the Forester was ready for us, but no one had informed Bryan of my request. He was in the middle of a sales conference with another buyer. I was disappointed but understood the importance of a sale. Bryan was considerate enough to give me 10 minutes to keep his promise and I took my Forester home ready to drive. I really appreciate Bryan's thoughtfulness and ability to juggle his time for me even after the people at the service department had not delivered the message and I had not called him personally to let him know that I would be coming in at that time.
