Not a good experience I wasn't pleased with our experience. I set up a test drive with one of the sales consultants, called before we left to make sure the car was still th I wasn't pleased with our experience. I set up a test drive with one of the sales consultants, called before we left to make sure the car was still there, and let him know that we were on the way. We drove over an hour to get there, and when we arrived, we found out that the car had been sold 5 minutes before we got there. The sales consultant didn't seem very apologetic, but did show us several other cars. We didn't purchase any and left very disappointed. I understand that this may be their way of handling test drives, but I was not told that there would be a possibility of the car being sold before we got there. We drove a long way to get to there. I didn't feel like the sales consultant handled the situation very professionally, and when I contacted the General Sales Manager, I didn't get a reply. More

The oil cap was missing from the car but they were able to find another and replace it. More
