I recently purchased a used vehicle (2002 Toyota Highlander Limited) from this dealer and after driving the car home discovered the front bumper became dislodged from appeared to be from previous work done (fog light replacement) and several clips were missing from supporting the bumper to the frame. I notified the dealer and sent pictures of the dislodged bumper and was told to bring it back for service. I was given a loaner car and the car was fixed promptly. In addition, I requested the front windows be tinted for which I would pay for out of pocket since they were servicing the car. Within 36 hours, my car was repaired and the windows were tinted and the car was filled with gas and was redelivered to me without charge for the window tinting. Their service was great and timely but what I learned from all this was to always take a car on the highway when test driving and not just on slow city streets. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

My current truck had just been totaled by my insurance company and I was in need of a new truck that would handle towing my travel trailer quickly as we had vacation plans the following week. I walked into the dealership to inquire about a new Tundra and was welcomed my Vince Lombardi (really!!!). I explained to Vince that I needed a new truck but was waiting for my insurance company to provide me with the documents for considering my old truck a complete loss. This did not seem to phase Vince at all. Vince asked us questions about what we were looking for and also explained the one price, one person approach that they use at Avondale Toyota. Within minutes, Vince had found the vehicle that we were looking for and we went out and took a look at it. Other than the color (RED) it was perfect. Once again I explained to Vince that we needed to wait on our insurance company and again, this did not affect Vince. During our conversations, we met Vince's boss, Robert Kim who is the General Sales Manager for the dealership. The reason we met Robert was because we were interested in a different colored truck that was at another dealership. Robert assured us that this would not be a problem and to just let him know which truck we wanted and he would have it at his dealership whenever we wanted. We returned to the dealership on Monday after completing our insurance work for our old truck and were ready to complete our deal and found out that Vince was not available and would be gone for a few days on a personal emergency. However, Robert Kim stepped in and said that he would be handling our sale personally. I thought that it was great that he would take time from his role as the General Sales Manager to also act as our salesperson and not just pass us off to another salesperson who was not familiar with what we wanted and would have to start all over again. As Vince had explained to us, Robert was the only person we worked with from that point forward. He arranged our financing and had all the paperwork completed and ready for us to sign within 1 hour!!! Even though, we ended up not having Avondale Toyota get a different truck from another dealer and ended up getting a truck they had on their lot instead, we are VERY happy with our truck and I cannot begin to say enough about how well the dealership handles their customers. This dealership needs to be the model for how ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS should operate!!!

I bought my new car from Ted Harley at Avondale Toyota. Ted is an amazing salesman! He listened to what I had to say and made sure i got exactly what i wanted, he makes you feel comfortable and is honest. I give him and this dealership 100%.

I don't normally write these types of reviews. However, when I initially decided to trade my truck in for a car to save some gas money every month, I found a used Toyota Corolla on the internet from Avondale Toyota. When I made my initial phone call, John Byers answered and went right to work on my trade in information. We conversed a handful of times for financing, trade in, and logistics on test drives and picking up the car. John was so accomidating, he drove out to our house in Mesa not once, but twice! I never even had to step foot into the dealership. I got a great interest rate for my Certified Used Toyota and a very pleasant buying experience from a genuinely nice guy. It was an even bigger plus that I only spoke with John and not a finance person, Manager, etc. Their one person buying style is so efficient. I recommend John Byers and Avondale Toyota based on my outstanding experience!

They strive for customers to feel very happy when they leave this place, but I am very much disappointed with Avondale Toyota. I have driven an 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner for 6 YEARS with NO driveabiltity/mechanical/electrical problems WHATSOEVER. I decided to have them simply flush the transmission and take a look at an oil leak. Long story short/$4400 later..... their "repair" caused my engine to seize, which they don't think had anything to do with what they did . I repeat, after driving an exceptional vehicle for 6 years and having no problems with it whatsoever, they have caused such an inconvenience and I am apalled! Thank you Avondale Toyota, THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!

I have been to 3 other Toyota dealerships in the Valley. So far Avondale Toyota was the best experience of all of them. One thing I liked was the fact that you deal with one person. Done of this salesman running back and forth to the the F & I man trying to make a deal, which I hate and think is stupid.

Mark is by far the best Sales Manager from whom I have purchased a car. He is straightforward and makes sure that the customer's needs are being met. There is absolutely no pressure. He made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase before I signed anything. On top of that, he is a man of great personality and character. I would recommend Mark to anyone. I have leased/purchased three vehicles from him and will shortly be in the process of purchasing number four from him.
