I lease a new 2026 BMW IX, and they informed me at that time that the vehicle was used as a “loaner“ but that it was in new condition. They were unable to deliver the vehicle for approximately two weeks time that the vehicle was used as a “loaner“ but that it was in new condition. They were unable to deliver the vehicle for approximately two weeks because it was out on loan. When they did finally deliver the vehicle, I drove at home and discovered that the back compartment of the vehicle was full of animal feces and urine. I immediately brought this to their attention and they elected to replace the affected parts. I attempted to take delivery a second time, however, only the upper components were replaced and the area below the hatch, including the bucket compartment and the carpeting around it. We’re still covered in urine and feces. They elected to replace the affected parts of second time and I was able to take deliver the vehicle again. They have implied on multiple occasions that somehow I am either lying or did this damage to the vehicle myself. Of course, they backed down when I tell them that I own no animals and I’m allergic to cats. Additionally, all of the waste was very dried in the vehicle and I had only had it in my possession for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the vehicle smells like cat urine! Additionally, after about 5 miles of driving the passenger front tire went flat. I returned again to the dealership who elected to just put air in the tire and told me to return if the tire goes flat again I’ve told them multiple times that I would like to either be in a different IX or to unwind the deal. I’ve made it very clear that it is a violation of Arizona state Law to misrepresent the condition of a vehicle upon sale or lease. They offered to put me into a lower model vehicle that is also a loaner and a color I do not want. They are very reluctant to unwind the deal, even though there is a mechanism to do so. I’ve had to resort to writing these reviews because my next steps involve having to go to the state, consumer protection board and hire an attorney. Don’t make the mistake I made! Avoid BMW of North Scottsdale and the Penske automotive group! More

I purchased a 2026 X5 there. Customer support has been abhorrent. The BMW Financials and ConnectedDrive account backend broke, knocking out paid premium functions like Remote Sta Customer support has been abhorrent.
