My Review of BMW North Scottsdale:
My wife and I decided to look at cars and we were specifically in the market for a BMW. As I had researched the BMW 750 on the internet, I had an idea of what to look for. We went to a couple of "dealerships" and we were under whelmed to say the least.The next dealership we went to was BMWNS, and wow what a place! Now this IS a dealership. From the time we entered, we were greeted and assisted to the previously owned cars. It was our good fortune, Peter Cramer was our sales representive. Peter sat with us and got to know us as we did his career at BMWNS. When it came time to look at cars, Peter had a very good idea of what we would be comfortable with. We looked at several series, models, etc., but were drawn back to a beautiful 06 750IL. Peter took the time to explain the true value on this car and we could see that this was to be the car for us.

Peter prepared the paper work, we settled on the price for our trade in, the deal was struck. Throughout the whole process, Peter was always helpful and gave us a good test drive in which he gave a great presentation of just what a BMW 750 is like.

I will say, that buying this car from this dealership was a pleasant experience, and the process was timely right down to going through the final finance phase. On a personal note, this is the first time that I have dealt with a car dealer, and have not felt "buyers remorse".

Peter has taken time to call and email us to be sure that we are happy and that if we need anything to make our experience BMWNS better.

I am only sorry I did not discover this dealership sooner.


I am also sure that if I were to buy another car it would be from BMW North Scottsdale.

My Review of BMW North Scottsdale:
We had such a pleasant experience at BMW North Scottsdale. After searching for a car for 2 months through other dealers we met Bob and boy was he ever a breath of fresh air! He got us into the prefect car at a great price within a week. It took a week because he actually was keeping us informed on what was coming in before the vehicles were even available. It was awesome. Made me feel like we got first pick. He kept in contact with us like no other salesman we ever met (and we met alot!) he was always quick to respond with the information we requested.

We had a great experience! Even my little 3 year old Lucy liked going to see Bob... well, and Stacy who would bring her books to look at and entertained her with little waves and what nots.

When it's time for us to get another car we will definitely be calling Bob up!!

Bob was great!!! I love my BMW and will probably be a BMW driver for life. Bob was not pushy like most sales persons, instead he was very professional and it was a very enjoyable experience purchasing my first car. I will recommend BMW north scottsdale to all my friends!

Peter was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience as smooth as possible. We would recommend him to anyone. During the test drive he demonstrated all vehicle features and emphasized safety. The entire staff were highly competent and the dealership was extremely neat and clean.

My Review of BMW North Scottsdale:
I stopped in to this dealership on a whim while visiting from Kansas. I had been looking for a low-mile 2007 335 and they happened to have one in stock when I stopped by - Peter happened to be there and came over to see if I needed help. He was very helpful and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. After an outstanding demo drive with him and a little time discussing price, we arrived at a deal and I canceled my flight back to Kansas and drove my new (to me, anyway) car home - what a blast that was! I financed it through BMW at a great rate with no issues whatsoever - everyone else at the dealership was extremely helpful throughout the process. I can honestly say I enjoyed dealing with Peter more than any other salesperson I've ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I'll definitely recommend him and this dealership to others!

Great dealership. Great personnel. Very knowledgeable both in sales, Peter Cramer, and Service, Eric Rasen.
Dealership is top notch, from the receptionist to Sales, to Service, to Parts. I had previously dealt with a Lexus dealer and this BMW dealership is even more attentive and better informed about their product.

I highly recommend BMW North Scottsdale and especially Steve Backman (Sevice Consultant). I have been buying and servicing my BMW's for over 8 years now, and throughout this time, Steve Backman has been the most knowledgeable and helpful service consultant I have EVER worked with! He's incredibly helpful, caring, efficient and has just has exemplary customer service skills!
