My salesman was incredible, David Vinson. He didn't pressure me or anything. He found 2 models that I loved and you had in stock. I have been looking for about 6 months but my usual dealer, Classic BMW, didn't have anything appealing and Cleveland BMW flat out ignored my request after I drove there in the snow on New Year's Eve to look at a CPO they had. David sent me videos and answered every question I had about the 2 models you had and even communicated after I took delivery. I was impressed with your dealership and it was worth the drive. More

Had an appointment and was told 1 1/2 wait time for an oil change. 2 1/2 hour+ later still waiting for car. A good friend of mine was there when I arrived and was told the same. He ended up taking an oil change. 2 1/2 hour+ later still waiting for car. A good friend of mine was there when I arrived and was told the same. He ended up taking an Uber to his office to meet with a client. Honor your word regarding times! People plan their schedules around these appointments. More
