Believe the negative reviews you see here wrt their service department. Terrible customer service; they actively look for ways not to honor their own promotions once they have you in the door; less tha service department. Worst service department. Had my car for a week and half before I got the estimate. Dropped the car on Nov 2. They took an estimate video on Nov 6, but didn't send to me until Had my car for a week and half before I got the estimate. Dropped the car on Nov 2. I decided not to complete the service (estimate was $12K), then took me 2 days to get a live body to answer the phone to confirm I could come pick it up. Once I arrived to pick up, it took 30 minutes to retrieve the car. No sales staff is good enough to make up for the abysmal service side of the business! More
