If I could give this dealership a rating lower than zero, I would. I encountered the worst customer service here. I have a full coverage extended warranty on my 2019 BMW X4. When I brought my car in for repa I would. I encountered the worst customer service here. I have a full coverage extended warranty on my 2019 BMW X4. When I brought my car in for repairs (vibrating steering wheel, dashboard screen issues, and ambient lighting not working), I specifically asked them to check with the warranty company to ensure these items were covered before proceeding. They didn't. Instead, they wanted to charge me $1500 just for diagnostics. If their initial repair attempt didn’t work, they intended to charge $249 for each subsequent step. They provided the warranty company with incorrect information, leading to a denial of coverage. After hours on the phone with both the warranty company and the dealership, I discovered the items were indeed covered—I had to do their job for them! Throughout this process, BMW of Bellevue treated me with disrespect and indifference. They seemed intent on overcharging me. When I finally spoke with the service manager, Brian, he talked to me as if I didn’t understand how warranties work, trying his best to make me feel like an idiot. The customer service was appalling, and they kept my car for three weeks. Picking up my car was equally rude. I asked my service rep, Safeeullah, for copies of all the documents I was asked to sign at pickup and was told it would take days. When I suggested it should only take a few minutes with a copier, he asked, "Why?" I explained I wanted them for my records and decided to scan them myself. The service was shocking. He then pointed to the service garage and said my car was there. Another car blocked mine, making it impossible to leave. When I asked if they would move the other car, he told me to back up, go around, and leave through the entrance. No walkthrough of my car was done with me. Just so you know, Mr. Brian, I have been in the service industry, contract/legal field for 30 years. You messed with the wrong person. I could go on and on about all the rude and downright appalling incidences that happened during this process but I will say you the long read of a novel. I've read multiple reviews advising to avoid this dealership and wish I had seen them before bringing my car here. To save yourself the trouble, take your car elsewhere where you’ll receive the quality customer service you deserve. BMW claims to pride itself on customer service and top-notch treatment, but this dealership doesn’t uphold those standards.
