My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
Jing Li and Wayne Trieu are very friendly and knowledgable. Their service was prompt and Enthusiastic. They have the best execute I can imagine from a car dealer. They explained everything to me, the difference between different motors, the pros and cons, and I enjoyed the test drive. They finally landed me with a very good deal that made me and my family very happy. It has been extraordinarily experienced and enjoyment to work with his people. the after sale services are also excellent, they have been patient to answer my questions and give me instructions on what to do with the car and how to handle the car. Strongly recommended anyone want to buy a decent car in North Jersey.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
When I purchased my first BMW last year, my Sales Rep., Helen NG was so patient and courteous. After many phone conversations, visits and changing my mind several times on color, options, etc., she was able to find me the perfect car to exactly match my specifications and it was delivered within one week. When it arrived, she took all the time I needed to explain all the buttons, controls and even set up my cell phone.

When it came time for my first scheduled service, I called Helen, who not only remembered who I was, but put in touch with Keith Marciniak, the Service Advisor, who arranged for someone to come to my home, at a convenient time for me, leave me a BMW loaner car, bring my car in to be serviced and then return it to my home again not only serviced, but washed and cleaned inside and out.

I have purchased many new cars from various dealers and manufacturers and I have to say the serivce, dedication, knowledge and friendliness that I experienced at BMW of Bloomfield, especially that of Helen NG, fars exceeds them all.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
I originally leased by car from Freehold BMW. At the end of my lease, I decided to purchase my 5 Series. I called Bloomfield BMW and asked if there was someone there who could help me purchase my car at the end of lease. I was connected to Jack Gomes. He spent a great deal of time with on the phone from start to finish. When I walked in the door this past Monday, he had everything ready to make the transaction seamless.

Ivan Romero also spent time with me on the phone to assist me with payoff options. During the transaction on Monday, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The next time I purchase a car, I will certainly request to work with with these two individuals and I would definitely recomment friends.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
The dealership was very attentive, clean and organized; therefore, initial impression was great. After failing to meet the necessary criteria to lease, I received a call later that afternoon that they were able to work something out. I appreciated the ability to not give up on the first run... I did try Honda, Nissan and VW prior and was told they could not do anything because of the negative equity. Your dealership was the only one that found a solution.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
I had been shopping around for a 2012 BMW 335i Convertible fully loaded for weeks. Had no luck with deals or good salesman so I started to lose hope. When dealers see a 22 year old kid walk in to purchase such a car they think it's a waste of time and talk in such condescending ways. BUT, that was not the case when I walked into BMW Bloomfield. From the minute I got there, John approached me and treated me like any customer should be treated at a dealership. The guy is a true salesman with no bad intentions. It took a while for us to both agree on a deal but it was worth every minute and every penny to get it done. John treats his customers with the utmost respect and gives details for every specific you need to know about your car and contract (buying of leasing). Without a doubt in my mind I will only take my business to BMW of Bloomfield in the future and couldn't be happier with my 335i.
