My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
I had a check engine light on my cpo X5.I always go to Chris Vendor because he is the best one there.When the saleman sold me the truck he introduced me to Chris and told me he was the best guy in the service dept. And Chris has always come through for me.The truck was ready and washed before the promised time that Chris gave me. I would recommend Chris to everyone.The only negative things I can say about the visit is about the dealership itself.The building is old and ugly.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
Was looking for an '06 X5, contacted a few dealers, drove around to some of them and looked at a few of them. Finally, settled with Bloomfield BMW because of the price. They had the lowest of all dealerships I've been to. Another dealership I went to the previous day could have gotten my business but the manager was being a smartass and tried to make me look cheap when I asked for a few hundred dollars more on my trade in (although the salesperson was the best I'd ever met). You won't have that kind of experience when dealing with Pam or Kashmir here, they gave me a decent value for my trade in and the price of the certified X5, well do your homework before you come. Overall, I'm pretty glad to purchase my vehicle here. Everyone I've come across in the dealership - Pam, Kashmir, Wayne were nice and polite. the finance manager William was very professional even though I declined the add on packages he offered when signing all the documents. I'd a few minor issues that were somehow missed during certification, but they were all taken care of within 1/2hr by the service director Craig Hacker. If I were to buy another BMW, I would definitely drop by here or suggest to anyone looking at a CPO BMW.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
Bought my first car at this dealership. Wayne showed us the used car which was listed on their website, took us for a test drive, pointed out how well it had been maintained by its previous owner. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Not pushy at all, but very effective nonetheless. Kashmir helped us in making a decision on the same day by quickly arranging a deal at a fair price. Being my first car, I was a little apprehensive as I had read about Dealers from hell, but i had nothing to worry about due to the professional and friendly staff at Bloomfield. I put in a deposit of 100 bucks on the same day. Pamela was patient while the financing and insurance was arranged. They held the car for me despite a few more interested buyers - I appreciated that very much. Kashmir cleaned up the car like it was brand new, even threw in a pair of rubber mats and I finally drove off - with a full tank of gas. The car has been driving like a charm and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Will definitely let friends and family know about my great experience at BMW of Bloomfield. When I am ready to buy a new BMW, I know where I will be going. I had visited a lot of car dealerships in my quest for the perfect used car and I will rank Bloomfield as the best dealership by far, given the excellent customer service and friendly staff. No wonder their showrooms were crowded even in this economy. Keep it going, folks. - A Happy 2004 BMW 3-Series owner.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
On May 12th I came into the Bloomfield BMW dealership to test drive a 2007 BMW X5 4.8.
I just have to say, Pamela DeLorenzo my sales rep. was excellent; she made the entire process pleasant and easy. “She sealed the deal”. Lastly, Ivan Romero and William Aquino were extremely accommodating and professional during the entire process.
Keep in mind this is my 3rd BMW X5 but my first purchase from Bloomfield. Note: I had the best experience and I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
Well by far this is the best ever car purchase i had ever done.I looked at this BMW which i bought from them in the website.I went directly to the dealership and told them i am interested in buying this car.Someone referred me to go and see bob and i really felt bad because i disturbed him when he was having his lunch.Bob showed me the car and took me for a test drive.I just loved the car and i told bob lets make a deal.We went in and had a long talk about the price. Bob asked me what price do you want it for and i told him my price. He didnt say no and he said he will try.Then he went in and got me the best price and after some time after the way he dealt with me i thought if i had to buy a car this is the only place i woul buy it from.And we came to a common price and the deal was done and the next day i went and picked up my car.

When i was picking up my car Bob wasnt there and he had asked his friend Kashmir Singh to help me.Kashmir was a very nice guy and he showed me each and everything in the car and explained to me how different stuff would work in the car.
He was very nice in helping me set my seat and also got the car cleaned before i was ready to ride it off...

Overall I think this is the best dealership and i really encourage you to buy here.
Because once you buy it here i am sure you will go home with a lot of peace of mind and satisfaction.

No Games. Their first price was the best that I had received from anyone else. Other places are fancier as if you were in a museum. The cars that I was offered were all top of the line with all the options possible. This dealership had a good variety and didn't make you feel cheap because you didn't want navigation. hey were very couteous without being insincere. I wanted a car not a massage. Their follow up has been good and I feel comfortable asking questions. During the purchase I was offered many idfferent options for payment and price. I would say if you want a BMW and not an ego srtoke, go here.

I had A great experience shopping for my car. They were great and assisted me with all my needs. I cannot complain about anything they made me feel like a very important customer. That is why I chose to buy my second BMW from them. Even after I picked up my car I was assured that if I have any issues that I will be taken cared of. They did a great job explaining the whole sale process. I really appreciate the fact that Craig Hacker, Wayne Trieu and Helen Ng went above and beyond for me. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I think Ms. DeLorenzo was fantastic. She knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable. I love the car and Ms. Delorenzo was very patient explaining all the different gadgets. My Review of BMW of Bloomfield:
I called the dealership with information about the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. They quoted me a fairly reasonable price and then proceeded to indicate that I'll have an additional $698 charge for gas and floor mats. He said it usually part of the fees when you finalize the deal, but they include it in the price of the car. I knew there was no such thing and called his bluff- but he proceeded to indicate they all charge it. I called 6 other dealerships and none of them heard of such a charge. I never called back. Buyers BEWARE!

Edit: After writing the review above, I was directly contacted by my salesman(I thought this was anonymous). He proceeded to explain that the charge is actually on the invoice. After viewing the invoice, there was a charge for $480, NOT $698 (in the dealer's column, not the MSRP). Confirming with two sales managers at two different dealerships - it seems like it sometimes is a invoice charge to the dealer and the dealer includes it in the price quoted to the customer. They were trying to justify the price quoted to me.

During the cost explanations the details of the additional charges were not explained properly. There are 4 separate charges that this store pays on every new BMW we sell above and beyond the amount we pay BMW for the care its self.
1. Training and Service fee paid to the manufacture to help fund our training and education of our staff.
2. A Marketing Support fee also paid to the manufacture to help fund advertising and local marketing.
3. A full tank of gas at delivery
4. Floor Mats
When we are presented a cost from the internet source we attempt to explain these charges however this is often the result. We attempted to work further with this customer without success. We at BMW of Bloomfield measure our success one transaction at a time, we are confident that if given a second chance we could earn their business.
