Mr Gomes was very professional and accommodating to my needs for this new car. He took the necessary time to help me find exactly what I want in this new car. Salesman of his caliber are a dying bread, very difficult to find in this age of web driven channel for information.

My boyfriend and I went to purchase a vehicle, first time buyers, and I knew I would have a great experience here before I even arrived. Victor offered to pick us up from the train if needed and was waiting for us at the desk when we came in. The whole staff was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for us. Ivan was great to work with when it came to the financing piece of the sale and we walked away from the dealership with an amazing car and the feeling that we can call and ask questions or check in at any time. Victor has since followed up with us and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, already have in fact!

Doug kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on with the car I wanted (320xi). He was very nice and answered and explained all the questions I had. He found a way to get me the car within the price range I was willing to pay. I got a really great deal.

We had a great experience at this dealership. This is the second BMW we're getting so we were already quite familiar with the experience. This dealership was by far better than the BMW Manhattan dealership where we got our first car. Shahid was extremely polite and provided us with excellent service.

This was my first purchase of a BMW (2013 328i XDrive). The dealership itself had an impressive atmosphere, with its employees carrying themselves with the utmost professionalism and customer courtesy. The driving experience was enjoyable and exciting, and of course leaving with the BMW itself was a great feeling. Our client advisor Jack Gomes was the consummate professional. He was passionate and knowledgeable about the product he believes in, and he was courteous and respectful towards my father and I, making us feel like valued and informed customers. I was beyond satisfied with the business manager Arthur, and the dealership manager (I believe) Greg, who both thanked us graciously for our business. As a sales professional myself, I was very impressed (a word I do not just throw around). I would recommend Jack Gomes and BMW of Bloomfield to anyone who is serious about purchasing a very sweet ride!

Thanks to Douglas Sanders, I am the proud owner of a 2014 BMW X6! It seems so surreal that I am driving THE biggest "head turner" on the road! I fell in love with this vehicle the first moment I saw it. I still can't wrap my head around the warm felt experience I encountered during the purchase of my X6. This experience was unlike any other. Douglas Sanders went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable through the entire process. Being a female, in the past when I purchased my previous cars, I always felt as if I was being swindled. At no given time did I feel this way with Doug. Mr. Sanders answered my questions before I asked, even before I thought of them! That is exactly what I needed. My wife & I visited BMW of Bloomfield on Saturday, April 27, 2013, where I have leased 5 or 6 BMW's previously. I had received a voicemail the previous week from Doug Sanders, reminding me that my current 550i lease was ending in June. We told Doug that I wanted to lease a 650ix, but wanted to test drive one first. Doug didn't hesitate in allowing me to test drive one that was on the lot. After the test drive, I told Doug that was the car that I wanted, and I asked him to "work the numbers" so I could decide. When he first came back with the proposed lease payments, they were much higher than my wife & I expected. We told Doug that we wanted the monthly payments to be the same as what I was paying on my current lease. He said he would go back to his manager, and make it happen - and he did just that! I was ecstatic! Doug is fantastic - and not just because he made the deal happen, but because he conducted himself professionally, was very friendly, polite - and he "listened" to me - he was never pushy or "salesy." My (& my wife's) experience at BMW of Bloomfield was great! Ivan was also great to deal with on the final financing details, and I appreciated that Michael, the GSM, came over to sit down afterward and thank us for our business.
I will highly recommend to anyone that I know who is interested in purchasing/leasing/financing a BMW to go to BMW of Bloomfield!
