Normally dealers hesitate to negotiate over the ph I have found a good deal for pre-owned BMW X1 online and called up BMW of Bridgewater to negotiate. Normally dealers hesitate to negotiate over the phone and insist on the face to face visits. The sales person I've talked to understood that it won't be easy for me to drive 45-min to negotiate and worked with me over the phone on the price, which we've negotiated. I've come down to the dealership on the following day to purchase the car, and the negotiated price was honored and the purchasing was quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership. More

My 7 series was a The support for services I received from Debra Shafer and Matt Kimble on my 2009 750i over the past few years has been outstanding. My 7 series was a CPO plagued with problems. Debra and Matt always took time to explain the services in depth and addressed the isssue to get me back on the road quickly each time. When the time came to tade in the 7 series for a newer BMW 3 series...Debra and Matt introduced me to Anthony Catena the sales manager who was extremely professional and helped explain what my options were. He and Rafael Martinez spent several days helping me to look at cars and taking 9 test drives. Raphael even ordered me lunch before we started test drives for the day. They worked as one team to help make my experience a good one. Had it not been for this team I may not have stayed with the BMW family. I'm glad I did! Now Debra calls me every week of the month to just to say hello and says how much she misses me in the BMW showroom. ;) She promises to personally wash my car the when I come in for the first oil change. I think it's great that a BMW service representative goes above and beyond for customer service. I will be seeing Debra soon and can't wait to see her washing my new BMW by hand! During my sales visit, Martin Hernandez spent an hour with me on the test drive and showing me the technology/features. After my purchase, he spent another hour with me.
