Carolyn Fiala was a terrific Sales Rep. She was very knowledgeable in the BMW X3 that I purchased. I was initially reluctant to buy a new car because I can't stand high pressure sales. Carolyn was very helpful, I enjoyed the experience with the dealership immensely.

Recently my old BMW was needing more and more attention (and subsequently, money). I had finally reached the end of the rope and had decided to begin my search for a newer car. Dave helped me find the perfect car and even though I had not intended on trading in (and up!) that day, he along with Mike and everyone else had turned a nerve-wracking and quite sentimental experience into an exciting one. I had to leave the dealership no later than 12:30pm and early on Dave had promised he would have me leaving the dealership in my new car by that time. Based on some previous car buying experiences with other dealerships, I was extremely skeptical. He made sure that every person involved with my sales process stayed on schedule (it was so cute how everyone I spoke with would give me a countdown in minutes!!) and what do you know...I drove away at EXACTLY 12:30 right in time for work! My family and I have purchased BMWs and had them serviced by this dealership for 15 years and will continue for many more. Thank you Dave and everyone at Bridgewater BMW!

I was dropping my daughter's car off for a service appointment. Although the dealership had indicated that the part was in stock on the phone when the appointment was made, the part wasn't in stock. The service writer was not friendly and indicated I should have a seat while she finished another order. The other order took quite a while, and the service writer took several breaks to drink her gatorade, but didn't indicate how much longer she would take to finish the initial order.

I always thought that BMW took customer satisfaction seriously, but this service writer was not courteous or professional about handling the interaction. I will look for another dealership in the future.

I just purchased my Certified Pre-Owned BMW from this dealership and had a great car buying experience! My sales person was Tony Braich and he worked very hard to put me in the BMW I've always wanted at a price I can afford. I would definitely refer anyone to try this dealership. Their service was great and they will negotiate on the price!

My experience with BMW of Bridgewater was absolutely fantastic. I live in White Plains NY and have access to 6 authorized BMW dealers within 20 minutes of my home. I stopped by each one of them looking for a preowned 335i xdrive. While they all had several, either I did not like the price, the color combo or the salesperson (which was the case in 4 of the 6 dealers). They are like hawks. I honestly dislike buying a car from a dealer, I always feel like I have to play the game, and that can get old fast.

Well I finally decided to do a search at bmwusa.com and was able to find pretty much the exact car I wanted at Bridgewater BMW. The only problem was that they were almost two hours away. The car I had which I was going to sell privately was a 2008 Porsche 911 4S. It was my third Porsche and used it rarely so most of the time it just sat in the garage. I thought that it's time to buy a car I can enjoy everyday so I decided on the BMW 3 Series. Anyway I drove the two hours to Bridgewater thinking I would look at the car, and if I can get it for the price I wanted I would leave a small deposit and come back.

I drove my Porsche there and after test driving the BMW we talked price with Dave Wagoner (whom I had been communicating over the phone for the past few days) within a few minutes we had a deal. It was the EASIEST automobile transaction I ever did. I asked Dave to look at the Porsche and see what they would give me as a trade in and after going over the car with their appraiser, test driving it and making a few calls they gave me a number that I actually agreed with. It was close to 5pm so I thought we would draw up the paperwork and I would come back to finalize the deal since it was so late. Nope, Mike Shamy the sales manager said he can secure a loan for me within 10 mins as well as get a payoff amount on my Porsche and do the transaction while I waited. WOW! There was no high pressure sales BS, just a friendly group of people looking to make me happy. I honestly couldn't believe it. So they took the BMW I purchased and brought it to the shop to prep and clean it, told me to grab something to eat and the car would be ready in about an hour and a half. I ended up waiting and was out of the dealer at around 7:30 driving home in my spectacular almost new BMW. Two things I told them. One, BMW has me for life and two, Bridgewater BMW has me for life. Yes, I will drive 2 hours each way to do business with these people. Thats how nice they were. Oh, and the dealership is a brand new absolutely stunning building. Took me a while to get home because of the traffic but it was well worth it. I just wish they were closer so I can give them the service business and because I know they will look after me as if I were family.
