Excellent Leasing Experience I am very pleased with the overall experience of leasing a CPO Elite BMW. I had very high expectations from this dealership; they did not surpass my expectations, but came very close and they were much better compare to previous dealership I dealt with. I was expecting a check-in by someone within a week, but did not get a call. Martin was patience with explaining all the technology in our new vehicle and even offered to top of the gas one more time during the License plate delivery, but since the car was a CPO he was unable to do that. We will be returning. Keep up the good work guys. More

Justin was very proactive in keeping me informed of appointments, having all the information ready and prepared for the said vehicle and easy to work with. Mike Shamy the manager was also courteous and between the two quickly reached a deal with us that was favourable to our budget. Martin was knowledgeable and quickly dealt with a very minor glitch when showing me around the car. Overall a great team, quick but not rushed, courteous and welcoming to a new customer who has previously dealt with another BMW dealership for over 10 years, we will be returning! More

The proces I'm very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgewater. Mike Watson and the team made the experience about as pleasant as it can be. The process was fair and relatively quick - there wasn't a long dance to get to the price, and there were no games. The team was easy to deal with - in fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy they made the process. My only complaint - there was a $400 document processing fee preprinted on the sales contract. That's basically margin (or should be) and wasn't disclosed until it was time to sign. I believe that's common practice, but it's lame and it's one of those factors that typically makes car dealership transactions distasteful (I've never hit a client with a previously undisclosed fee when it's time to sign a contract). That said, I'm pleased with the deal I got overall and I was otherwise treated fairly. I'd recommend the dealership to a friend (with a heads up about the sales contract) and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. The encore delivery service is a nice touch, and Mike has reached out numerous times post-transaction to check in. As for the product - it's only been a couple weeks, but it's fantastic. More

Obnoxious service advisor accused me of causing defect I had an issue with my car (has 105,000 miles on it) running very rough after hard acceleration. Took it into Bridgewater BMW and their allegedly exp I had an issue with my car (has 105,000 miles on it) running very rough after hard acceleration. Took it into Bridgewater BMW and their allegedly expert staff decided I needed a new computer module, which I paid to replace. A few days later, once again after heavy acceleration, the same running rough condition repeated itself. This time I took the car into another BMW dealer and was told that my car was misfiring, but the cause was with the ignition coils, of which the car has six. I had the six replaced and the condition hasn’t repeated itself since then. There is no doubt in my mind that this second diagnosis was the correct one. Where the problem would occur three or four times per month over a four month interval, since replacing the coils I’ve driven the car three additional months and the condition has resurfaced a single time. I went back to Bridgewater BMW and my service advisor, Carmine, couldn’t care less when I suggested the dealership replaced a part that didn’t need replacing. In fact, he accused me of being the cause of my problem. That I either didn’t adequately describe the problem to him, or that I had a combination of problems and did need the new chip or that my latest problem was just something that appeared subsequent to their repairs. I will NEVER return to BMW of Bridgewater again. More
