Ok, so I was in an accident and my thought was, " who else is better to bring the car to than BMW" Well that would have been nice if it had ever got there! I dropped my car off there and a week later they told me that they had to hand the car off to another "Steve Thomas Approved" body shop called EPR Collision. Avoid these people at all costs! Anyway, so EPR screwed the car up more than the accident did. They had my car for over a month and when I got it back there were greese stains all over the headliner plus the car drove like crap. I had to beg for them just to clean it. Finally over a month later my car is still messed up and EPR finnally gave up dealing with me. I literally came up to fists with the owner over the whole issue. Now my insurance claim has been re-opened and Steve Thomas is finally doing the work. Well, doing the work is not what I would call it. 1 week later I got my car back again and still the same xxxx thing is wrong with it. I HATE this dealership and I can't wait to get a Mercedes. SHAME ON STEVE!!!! More

This dealership is very friendly so long as you are not complaining or asking for anything from them. I serviced my BMW with Steve Thomas for several years without incident. However, on the last visit, they botched a service that resulted in a major problem at highway speeds. Fortunately, I was able to steer the car safely off the highway. I complained about the incident and lack of care regarding my service visit. They merely said sorry without offering any refund or even accepting responsibility. I complained further and they told me to take my business to another dealer if I did not like their work. So I did. Bottom line: if you pay them and keep your mouth shut, all is good. Customer service there is a joke. More

I obtained a small claims judgment against BMW and Steve Thomas BMW. When they failed to pay the judgment I faxed letters to avoid going back to Court. Steve Thomas himself called me and threatened me that if I sent him another fax (even though he owed me money and would not pay) that he would sue me for harassment. He then mocked me by saying that if I really needed the money that he woud loan it to me. The whole telephone call he had me on speakerphone with others in his office and everyone was laughing and having a good time at the show Mr. Thomas was putting on. What a class act! Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
