I honestly cant stress enough how unprofessional and unorganized this dealer is! It is Friday, we arrive around 7pm to purchase a vehicle. I advised Paul Rouhana, sales advisor, I will be paying by cash unorganized this dealer is! It is Friday, we arrive around 7pm to purchase a vehicle. I advised Paul Rouhana, sales advisor, I will be paying by cash-bank-wiring and using my Credit Union to finance as well. When I inquired if there is military discount available Paul stated I have to log into my Id.Me which I did, we had trouble locating how to access the coupon on the site so Paul requested additional assistance. New Car Sales Manager, Sigis Skirpa, came over stating the military discount wasn't much, probably $250, then I clicked and seen that it was between $500-$2,000, then Sigis said that it could be anywhere between that, the next screen stated I get $2,000 off! Another man who worked there came over stating the discount is only valid if you purchase the vehicle entirely in cash, then him and Sigis went back and fourth on the coupon being valid in which Sigis stated the coupon is only valid if we finance through them. I told both Sigis and Paul that the coupon does not state that and that maybe I should call ID.ME myself to find out, I was told do not contact them and that they will honor it. Once they processed the coupon, I was given a form to fill out which I did, but surprised to my knowledge they processed my credit without asking me as I wasn't aware until I was notified via email through Credit alerts, I was told they had to do that since the banks were closed, I stated that I need to be informed of these things as I was not aware of any of these procedures- they were lacking communication! I didn't even know the final price, the bank, or anything! So as I wait there for someone to talk to me, Paul comes up and says "I don't know why you're upset, you have good credit"...that was besides the point, nobody communicated anything with me and I said what am I even waiting on now?! He tells me the Finance Manager, Sam Choi. I get seen by Sam Choi at around 11pm. His greeting is "is this your first BMW?, what took you so long?" I had no words, I told him about my experience and he apologized. He tried to review financials with me, I told him I have not seen or received the amount for the vehicle and do not even know who the loan is even with that they opened up under my name. That is when Sam tells me that they opened a loan for TD Bank under my name until the wire of the money and bank loan of my choice is cleared and has proof. I asked Sam to send me the wire instructions and vehicle price, he advised he will do it tomorrow since it is getting late as it was almost 12am. Paul stated to be sure to have the money and everything on Monday or else the contract with TD Bank will go through!. So tomorrow comes and I received nothing, I reached out during the weekend and heard nothing about any wiring. Monday arrives so I send website inquires, emails, voicemails, and didn't receive any response until my husband sends a text to Paul, Paul had to reach out to Sam to contact me. Sam sends me the instructions for the wiring, I reach out to both asking for the price amount again as I wasn't given any documentation. Frustrated, I just paid for my 2022 brand new BMW wired in full amount. I get a call while I am at work from Paul stating if I HAVE to come in that Monday, I stated I am at work and a wire takes 24 hours to process cant I come in on Tuesday? He said no because he doesn't work on Tuesday so I HAVE to come in Monday, I reiterated that it takes 24 hours to process wiring he then kept stating that I have to, I spent extra money to pay my babysitter to watch my daughter for 2hrs so I could meet Paul just for Sam to say it takes 24hrs for wiring and I wasn't needed today-I received no apologies or anything! I called Sam asking him to send me manager/owner contact info he said he would forward my info to the manger and I never heard from anyone. I emailed Sam asking again for the manager/owner contact info and received no response! I am a new BMW client that purchased a 2022 vehicle in full cash-wire and have been treated disgustingly! STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! More
