Shaun Saalakhan was extremely helpful, patient, and has true drive for this industry. Being a previous BMW owner, I am very familiar with the vehicles, however the few questions I had he answered with ease. He also kept the process light with his fun and chill personality. I truly felt that if at the last minute I decided to walk away, there would be zero pressure. Luckily, because of that AMAZING customer service and awesome car, I moved forward with the purchase. My finance experience was just as awesome. Mark was also patient and explained everything to me openly and honestly. His 15+ years of experience with the company was demonstrated through his expert knowledge and ability to determine the best deal for me. I will continuously recommend others to visit this dealership. In addition, I can never say enough about the amazing service department, or enough about my advisor, Brittany Hill....customer service at it finest. More

We just bought our 2nd car from Benn Edwards at BMW of Catonsville. We drive past 2 other BMW dealerships to buy our cars from Benn. His communication is outstanding and he makes the car-buying process enjoyable & efficient.
