I wasn't planning on getting a car! I went to support my cousin and my cousin as well as Korey told me it would all work out. As I've had bad experiences with car dealerships my nerves are always shot! Korey is so calming and sweet!! Sam and Anthony ensured that my deal as well as my cousins were deals that we couldn't walk away from. It wasn't your typical "car deal". There was a sense of comfort knowing even before we completed credit applications that we would both we leaving with the vehicles of our choices (X7 and Range Rover). They all worked diligently to take care of me and it was truly appreciated. I would highly urge anyone considering getting a new BMW to come over to Catonsville and see my guys. More

Ive been searching for a bmw x7 v8 for a while in a black exterior and brown int My experience with Bmw of Catonsville was mediocre to say the least. Ive been searching for a bmw x7 v8 for a while in a black exterior and brown interior. I found the one on cargurus at bmw of catonsville. Even though i live in california and this particular car was in MD i was willing to have it transported because it was $96k on the website. I made a phone call to see if it was available and HAROLD let me know that it should be available and that it is one of their loaner vehicles that has about 2000 miles on it. He said hed call me back after he verified it was there. A while went by and he called me back to let me know it was available. I asked him if he could make sure the car has never been in an accident and all the paint is original. He then asked me why i was interested in that vehicle and i told him because it was listed at $96k on cargurus and its the color combo ive been looking for. He then went on and asked when i could come in and drive it and as soon as i let him know im in california his mood changed and it was as if i was wasting his time asking him all these questions. I let him know that im a serious buyer and will be paying cash. When he heard me say that he shouted “well then youre not gonna get the 11 grand off” and i paused for a second and asked, what do you mean? He said if i dont finance the vehicle i would not be able to get that special pricing. That didnt make sense because i know that a dealer cannot change the sale price of a vehicle if the customer chooses to finance or purchase cash. I know that new vehicles come with incentives from the manufacture but this vehicle had been registered and was used. I cant imagine how this “rebate” would bring the price down from 108k to 96k. I felt like HAROLD just wanted to take advantage of me and make me do financing and buy a bunch of stuff i dont need. He then went on saying that i have to read the small print and at this point i was upset because he totally shut down after finding out i live in california and im not financing. Ive had very good experience with bmw and mercedes here in california and when this happened i felt very bad about this dealership that has nice inventory but doesnt know how to treat customers well. I instantly what was happening and why after i looked up reviews for the dea I went and found a similar x7 at another dealership and the customer service there was completely different. They showed me how all the different options to leasing financing and paying cash. They showed me how to save money and got me the best deal. But most importantly made me feel taken care of when im spending $100k+ More
