Painless buying experience Working with BMW of Catonsville was a painless car buying experience. Before I even got to the dealership I saw the car I was looking for was fairly p Working with BMW of Catonsville was a painless car buying experience. Before I even got to the dealership I saw the car I was looking for was fairly priced. My salesman was Kevin. He helped me schedule my test drive via text and was quick to respond to inquiries. When I arrived for my appointment Kevin was ready to go, he grabbed my information, had my car off to appraisal, and we were on the road within 10 minutes. After the test drive he stopped by his managers office to get the appraisal on my trade and met me back at his desk within a minute or two. The trade value was in the ballpark of other appraisals I had received, I asked if it could be matched to another appraisal and he immediately said yes and the deal was done. From walking in the door to getting to the finance office was about one hour all said and done. I've sat around other dealerships while the salesman plays the "let me talk to my manager" game for longer than that. The finance guy, Hassan, was great as well. There was some oddities with my trade but he was able to help navigate it and get everything taken care of. I had my own financing lined up and he didn't try to push other financing on me at all. He asked one time if I wanted to buy any of the dealer offered extended warranties/protection plans/etc., after I declined they were never mentioned again. This was one of my top 3 car buying experiences and would gladly recommend BMW of Catonsville to any friends or family looking for a vehicle. More
