I highly recommended Keon Tobin, service advisor I had a dangerous service related issue with my car that another mechanic had missed. My service advisor Keon Tobin caught it, let me know immediately I had a dangerous service related issue with my car that another mechanic had missed. Keon is responsive to our family’s service needs and we trust him with both of our BMW’s without question. Impeccable service Went for a service (new battery) that should have had me out in time for an appointment. While waiting Keon notified me that my battery was not the problem but the car needed a part that would take longer than anticipated. I told him I had to be somewhere at certain time. He told me no problem and within a short period of time informed me that there was a driver to take me to my scheduled class. The driver told me to call Keon if I needed a ride back home or to the dealership. Keon was professional and courteous at all times. A very pleasant rep. Two days later, I called a manager about a finance matter. Also a pleasant experience that ended well. We always use this dealership because when a lengthy repair is needed, they supply temporary transportation. My thanks to both of them. More
