My experience was very great and smooth!! My car buying experience with Mr. Harold Blackwell was Great! He fulfilled all my request in regards to what I wanted in my BMW. Mr. Blackwell is very knowledgeable about BMW and what they have to offer customers. His customer service skills are over the top. Mr. Blackwell listened to what I wanted and worked from there. He was very patient and never pushy. He is by far the best salesman I have experienced from BMW. I have purchased 6 BMW's in the past and never received this type of customer service. Finally, Hassan Kholfi in finance sealed the deal and educated me on packages and coverage I needed. BMW of Catonsville is an Excellent Dealership and very engaged with assisting their customers purchase the car they want. More

Excellent Customer Service I cannot say enough about Harold Blackwell - he is absolutely wonderful!!!! I came into the dealership not knowing what kind of car I wanted - I just I cannot say enough about Harold Blackwell - he is absolutely wonderful!!!! I came into the dealership not knowing what kind of car I wanted - I just had a price point in mind - as well as needing a sunroof and heated seats. Harold took his time showing me all of the different options in vehicle choices I had... then took me on a couple of test drives. Poor Harold! I drive like a lunatic - Harold took it in stride. He's so sweet!!! I decided I liked the second car I drove best... so Harold got the paperwork started. Well, Harold was supposed to leave at 6:00 pm - it was a Friday night - he should have gone home! However, Harold stayed with me until 9:00 pm - when all the paperwork was done. Harold also both took and picked up my new car from the auto detailing shop - because he wanted my service to be fast AND correct. Then he made sure the BMW technology person showed me the basics of the tech package in the vehicle, as well as helped me make an appointment to see the tech person again. Harold followed up with me early Saturday morning - seeing if I still loved the car and if there was anything else he could do for me. Truly an exceptional employee. Several major maintenance service repairs Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it. Been a long time customer and happy to tell other people to have service done at Cantonsville location. Keep up the great job and THANK YOU. More
