Wonderful experience to get my first luxury car I was excited to get my first BMW there with Joe. He gave me some good discounts and provided me the nice trade-in price for my old car. Since I‘m not US citizen and my work visa is shorter than the lease term,he and his manager Sigis helped out the neogotiation with loan department of BMW to make it enventually happen. Even though they comprimised to offer me two years lease which is shorter than usual 3 years,I‘m happy about that. The closing process with Hassan was very smooth and pleasant. Jon is also a professional technician helping the test drive and the final interior show. He‘s a so nice and gentle guy explaining everything in detail and answered a freshman‘s question patiently.
