Excellent Customer Service and Price RT Odom provided excellent service even though he was initially filling in for another salesperson. He provided the same level of service from the beginning to the end when he became my salesperson. When I had a problem getting to the dealership, RT picked me up and was not concerned about the distance or time (over an hour from the dealership). He was very knowledgeable about BMWs and provided excellent advice about purchasing the car. I was told by other dealerships in the DC metro area that the price on the internet by this dealership was not possible. Well RT assured me that it was and the internet price was the cost of the car. Great price!!! More
