His professionalism and attention to detail allowed us to have a final deal complete before I walked into the dealership - This was EXACTLY what I wanted. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with no games and no hassle. I spent a little over an hour in the dealership to finalize paperwork and drive away with my new car thanks to the superb service provided by Kouroush and the management team and BMW of Catonsville. I drove past 4 other dealerships to go to see Kouroush and BMW of Catonsville, and I will do it again for my next purpose. I had a detailed discussion about the Lease numbers as I had done my research prior to calling in. We agreed upon the number before I made one and half hour drive to the dealership. Once I reached the dealership they went back on the deal and tried to sell the car. Buy from here if you want to overpay, they will jack up the interest/money factor. Absolutely dishonest people who do not value others time. More
