Jamie was fast, courteous, kind and was able to get me in for an appointment with a loaner vehicle in a very timely fashion. On top of that, she saved me $1000 on the original quote that I had received from the Sterling dealership bid that was rejected my auto insurance. I had 6 other companies say no to replacing my windshield before finding Jamie. Her bid was accepted by my auto insurance without question. When it came time for my lease end inspection, she arranged to have my car picked up at work due to my long clinic work hours and got the job done while I was working. The entire service department made me feel welcome and they all greeted me with smiles. They definitely understand customer service and how to make customers feel appreciated and valued. Despite the longer drive from DC, they earned a customer for life as long as I stay in the area.
