This is a proper bmw dealership. I travel from up north because I have difficulty trusting smaller dealerships ability to service my M cars. I called to schedule an appointment for some warranty work and asked if I could have a rental car. We were told yes on the phone and when I showed up to my appointment, no one greeted me after standing i work and asked if I could have a rental car. We were told yes on the phone and when I showed up to my appointment, no one greeted me after standing in the lobby for about 10 minutes. I walked to the service garage and the guy couldn’t find my appointment. I actually saw it on his iPad and showed him my appointment. He told me I would be with Shon & pointed to an area with lots of people & desks. I explained I do not know who Shawn is, and he did walk me to his desk. Shon was not too friendly. In fact, he seemed like he was in the middle of something else and took forever to help me. He acted like he didn’t know. I had an appointment either and fiddled with his computer until he found it. I told him I needed a rental car and he never responded. It was a very odd encounter. He did not give me much information, but I left there knowing the work is covered under warranty and they had to order the parts. I was told they would call me the following Wednesday, which they never did. I waited about a week and I called the dealership and left a message. They then texted me back. I scheduled my next visit and was under the impression that I was going to be getting a rental car. They never told me who my appointment was with so on my way I called to find out that information and was told that I was going to wait for the work to be done. I was not getting a rental car. I was never told how long the work was going to take and I never agreed to wait. I vocalize a rental card twice as mentioned. The girl on the phone wanted to argue with me that they texted me that I was going to wait, which I never agreed to and she would not let me speak or listen to me. This dealership has terrible customer service. I requested a manager to call me and never received a call. More
