My recent experience at BMW was excellent. I visited the dealership on behalf of a maintenance appointment for my leased car. When I arrived, the service manager quickly introduced himself and kindly went through each procedure. From that point, several other employees went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I was offered many amenities. The appointment was prompt and thorough. Overall, I felt very pleased with my experience and will feel very comfortable returning in the future.
I just recently purchased my third BMW for BMW of Cincinnati North. Each time, Jeff Robinson took the time to help select the right vehicle for me. And believe me that was not an easy task. I am what you might call a "picky" customer.
Whenever I have to bring my vehicle in for service, Shawn Snelling is always so pleasant and professional.
I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you are looking for that perfect pre-owned gem.

I also took my car over to the body shop to get a quote. Jeff went above and beyond by buffing out a couple scuffs on the spot for me. Best service I've ever received from a body shop!
Dana is the best. She is both your representative and your advocate. I took my car in and then brought it home while the part was ordered. The repair was completed in one day it a loaner was provided so I wouldn't have to wait

I brought my car in for a warranty-covered oil change. My service advisor was professional, friendly , and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a gift card for a restaurant across the street, where I enjoyed a free lunch while my vehicle was serviced. When I returned, my car was ready. I especially like the option of scheduling my service appointments online, and appreciate the text reminders for upcoming appointments.
