Though we aim for complete transparency and excellent communication, It is quite clear that there was a misunderstanding regarding a service coupon on our website that covered 0.8 hrs of Diagnostic work for $55.00 . In line with our dealerships culture of complete customer satisfaction regardless of the cause of the problem, we went ahead and refunded Mr. Mehdipour the disputed amount and have resolved the issue to the customer's full satisfaction.
