My Review of BMW of Freehold:
BMW of Freehold is a great place to go if you are looking for a good price in the Central NJ/Jersey Shore area. (As anyone who lives around here would understand, most upscale dealers around here are pretty bad when it comes to negotiating down the price) I have now purchased two vehicles from them this year.
My suggestion would be to go in with the price you want and the car you want; once an adviser initiates communication with you, you should have an idea of whether or not they will be able to meet your expectations within a few minutes.
BMW of Freehold does everything in their power to help you, but I would suggest buyer to get everything right the first time with regards to additional warranties and coverages as these are provided by a third party and modifying them can become troublesome. The dealership has a great atmosphere and it comes through clearly that the customer's happiness is their number one interest.
Awesome people: John McBride is a friendly, honest, helpful, and overall great salesman. The people that introduce you to your car are nice as well along with all the salesmen and service/parts guys I have met.
Finance Debbie...she is friendly and worked hard to get our refund back from Safeguard on a GAP insurance modification.

So in summary, I would say go to BMW of Freehold if you are looking for a good deal on a great car and expect the best possible customer service!

(My few negative experience comments have been removed as they have all been resolved. With regards to my father leaving a positive survey for Heather, he gave her the score before the negative incident.)

First of all I would like to thank you for your 2 purchases here this year and your kind words about John McBride. John is a great client advisor who really takes care of his clients. I also am glad to see your purchase experience was so great the first time around that you decided to come back and purchase another BMW. I can tell by your 100% Customer Survey Index scores that you initially had an outstanding experience with BMW of Freehold on both of your purchases.

You are giving some great advice to prospective buyers to “get everything right the first time”. As you know we sell many after-sale products from outside venders or policy holders. Each of these venders has a different policy or procedure for canceling their product. With many of these companies we are at their mercy and could only relay the information to you that we are told from them. As you saw when you spoke to our office manager Laura, your check was delivered to the dealership from Safeguard (the policy holder of the Gap insurance you purchased) in October. We sent this out to BMW FS as soon as it came in. We always put our client’s best interests at heart and try to exceed your expectations; I apologize if we fell short of that this time around. I’m not sure how to respond to your comment of Heather “Did not seem happy to deal with us” or that she was “unprofessional when dealing with your Father”. Your Father gave Heather a 100% score when contacted by BMW for the new client survey. If she seemed unhappy to deal with you then I apologize for that as well. She has been working at this location for about 8 yrs now and has consistently kept high customer satisfaction scores.

All of our clients have to deal with the finance dept to finish their paperwork if it’s a cash deal, finance deal or a lease deal. Our finance dept deals with between 150-200 clients per month and always does a great job with each client. Yes changing a deal or canceling a policy is not a pleasant thing to do nor is it a fast transaction. I will examine the policies of all the outside venders we deal with to consider their cancellation procedures. If there is any way BMW of Freehold can speed up the process, we will. Since we purchased this BMW dealer from King BMW two years ago, We have become the volume leader for BMW sales in Monmouth and Ocean counties. We are always looking at ways to improve our business practices and I appreciate your feedback as it allows me and my staff to consistently make the changes we need to stay an industry leader. My Review of BMW of Freehold:
Dick Ng was super!

Because of my lack of available time because of work, I asked my daughter to go to the dealership and ask for information for returning our lease and purchasing a new vehicle. Dick treated her with respect, explained to her several options and they scheduled a meeting with me the following Saturday.

I'd like to point out that she visited several different dealerships that day, leaving one in tears...

Dick was very patient with us as he explained all of our options with regard to the model type of BMW and purchasing/lease options ....

I am happy to say we are now proud owners of a 328XI BMW!

I would also like to say that the Manager of the used car unit and Heather in finance were also a pleasure to work with.

My Review of BMW of Freehold:
This is a dealership that makes you feel like family....What a great experience and what a car. Cudo's to Michael Chang .....We were looking for a specific car. First time we met michael the dealership did not have what we wanted....Three weeks later he remembered to call when the right car arrived and we made the purchase the same day. We had visited four other dealers.... none of them called. We couldn't review this without mentioning Deborah Aragona who made finance process the easiest I have ever been though. Thank you all for making us part of your family. You are now part of ours and we will shop no where else.
