I had a regular oil change for my 2022 x5 (<37000 miles) at Fremont BMW. Being oversold many things, and we finally selected the basic items. In the end, the tech said the engine mount collapsed and need re at Fremont BMW. Being oversold many things, and we finally selected the basic items. In the end, the tech said the engine mount collapsed and need repalcement. The quote of repalcement is $5800. They said this needs to fixed asap, and not safe to drive. I took the car to another BMW dealer the next day, paid $285 to have a 2nd opinoin. It turned out nothing was broken and need replacement/repair at all. It sounds to me (by the video they shared)that the Fremont BMW tech made the conclusion by peeking through the bottom engin cover openings, while the other dealer took off the engine cover and inspected mount closely and thoroughly. Do not know how I could trust Fremont BMW again. More

Only one way drop provided by Uber by service department. Courtesy detailed vehicle inspections report provided on hard copy. Advisor was professional and explained all options for the oil change and open recall repairs and all inspection reports for recommended repairs were provided via a video msg. When I placed an order for my 2024 5-series knowing I won't get my car for a long time as it was on backorder with long lead time. without hesitation, I placed the order & went to Nick & told him - "buying a car is a 1-time decision but staying with the car & subsequent services is a long process & you are the differentiator". for the last 18-months after I took possession of the new vehicle, I never looked back. Nick is my man (PERIOD) - how so? if he were on vacation, I'd wait for his return! More

I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. There were some issues with the car and Max assisted with arranging the Servic Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. However, after purchasing the car, I did realize the trunk cover is missing and the dealer told me they were not able to find it. That’s the only thing I felt disappointed in since the trunk cover is useful in securing the belongings in the trunk. More
