I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. I texted Isabel with my concern, and she quickly followed up with Basir to clarify the issue. Within a short time, she confirmed that it was simply a formatting issue in the contract and reassured me that the plan I had actually purchased was indeed the Ultimate Care Plus (5 years / 75,000 miles).
