I just recently purchased my first and brand new 2013 x5 35i sports activity and Calvin help me all throughout the process. He is very nice and easy to deal with. He is very committed to the work that he do. He will give you an honest opinion and a straight answer for any of your inquiries. there are scratches on my new car when we brought it home but Calvin said to bring it back on my free time and they will fix it. Will see how the service parts works and i will update you on that. So far my overall experienced with sales department with the help of Calvin is awesome and excellent!

I have come 2 times to this dealership. I had a good experience. Calvin, Jesse from Sales were great. Shan, Adrian from Finance were professional.

Overall they have a good inventory , good customer service,. friendly sales people. I am happy to buy my car here.

I needed to buy a car somewhat unexpectedly when my Infiniti gave up the ghost. After seeing a car I was interested in online, I called BMW of Fremont to speak with someone about it. I ended up working with Mike Phillips, and he was great. Mike was very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. I told Mike what my criteria were, and we were able to make a deal very quickly and efficiently--for a price that fit my budget.

These people are the most disonest, liers and cheaters I've ever seen. I would never do business with the BMW of Fremont. They have no business ethics, they should not even be allowed to be in business. Their whole business is based on lies.
I purchased a used 2012 LEXUS from them at the end of 2012 and they did not disclose that they don't have the second set of keys and the car manuals until the time came to hand those to us. At that point I made them write a document promissing to find/order them and give them to us. They gave us a due bill and the sales person promised to solve the problem in a week. It's been almost two month since, I've made numerous phone calls, got the run around every time. Things didn't get moving until I talked to the manager and emailed him a copy of the Due bill. I finally received today in the mail a spare key. This is not the second remote key that was missing but just a metal stick (they call it manual key) which I don't even know what it is and what to do with it and not the second remote key that was missing. I am going to court with this as they are trying again to cheat and not deliver what they should have done at the time of the purchase.

I bought a CPO from here. They cheated me on the options. They told me it was leather when it was leatherette. They hid some dealer incentives from me. They were sarcastic, high pressure and insulting. I will never recommend BMW of Fremont to anyone.

my experience was great.knowing what you want and were to buy helps.when i got there Richard Qian was waiting for me.i was 3hrs early for my app so i got striaght to business.he was kind,funny and patient and we,(my son and i)were out less than 2hrs.i highly recommend going to Richard Qian as a sale person.defenitly will be returning to Fremont Bmw because of him......Keep It Up Richard Qian

i wanted to buy bmw 328i. i drove in. saw few models on lot.
nobody come and ask if i need help.

finally walked into lobby. nobody even care I was there.

sales guys were buys talking to each other. worst dealership i ever visited.

Instead I went to BMW dealer in south bay on stevenson creek.

Very nice gentleman helped me as soon as i got off my car.

Decided to buy it from stevenson creek bmw.

I will never deal with fremont bmw.

Exchanged several emails with this guy, Quach, Vi. His attitude was not very positive. Was not willing to negotiate at all and made me stop any further communications with this deal.

About a month ago, placed a special order for a 2012 BMW 550i, yesterday (12/10/2011), we got the car and could not be more excited, for the most part - the purchasing experience has been amazingly smooth and pleasant, from sales to finance to walkthrough of the features, to drive-off. Do not go to this dealership for anything!!!! They are LIARS, THFTS and will never follow through on a single thing that they promise you!!!! Peter the manager of the dealership is worthless and should not be representing a brand like BMW!!!! This is by far the worst dealership and the worst experience I have ever had!!!! Please visit any other bmw dealer and run from fremont BMW as fast as you can if they so much as give you a glance!!!!
