I had an appointment at 11:00 to buy a car I had been talking with salesman Mr Tony Malouf, I live 2 hours away and 10 minutes before I arrive ( in the pouring rain in Atlanta traffic) at my appointment talking with salesman Mr Tony Malouf, I live 2 hours away and 10 minutes before I arrive ( in the pouring rain in Atlanta traffic) at my appointment time he notifies me that someone else is in the process of buying the car I was coming to buy. But he said it was not his fault. He then offered to show me other vehicles on the lot. I do not take kindly to Bait and Swap tactic. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO BMW Gwinnett !!!! More
