Our Client Advisor Collin Christie did a wounderful job. I made an appointment from the internet for the next day at 11:30. I was traveling 3+ hours to check out the BMW X4 and wanted to make sure it was s I made an appointment from the internet for the next day at 11:30. I was traveling 3+ hours to check out the BMW X4 and wanted to make sure it was still available. Collin kept in touch with us while we traveled to the dealer, Collin saw us walk in and right away came and greeted us. I give Collin 5 stars for how he treated us. Collin's was with 2 customers at the same time, I felt he did a great job balancing his time between us and the other customer, but I truly believed it delayed my purchase, as the wife and I spent all day there. His sales manager, not sure of her name because she never once came and talked to us, when Collin told me twice she wanted to talk to us during the negotiaton. She never got close to my asking price of my trade in but in the end I caved in to purchase the X4. I truly felt I did not get a good deal. To make me feel better about my deal, I asked for OEM all weather mats Collin said let me ask and the sales manager said no! Sales Manager zero stars. Next Day the General Manager called to ask me how my purchase went. I explained to him everything that went on and he apologized for what happen. The General told me he would FedEx me a care package, In that care package was my OEM all weather mats, plus other BMW goodies!!! It truly made me feel better about my purchase! Kind gestures like that go a long way. Collin and the General manage get 5 stars for what they did. More
